Damn.
I got a little out of control on Halloween, and the next day, and Monday, and yesterday.
Grrrrrrr.
I don't do it on purpose, it's just I'm a very routine person, so if I eat healthy for a few days, and then I have a day of bad it goes for a few days until I step on the scale and go- "Shit!" and then I get back to healthy mentality. LOL
Oh well, good thing I gave myself 6 months to do this- I'm going to need it.
Hopefully that goes well, that gym has a daycare!! Then I could drop my daughter at school every morning and then hit the gym!
Okay, this is short and sweet- but I need to go clean. My house still looks like a wreck after the Halloween party we had here this weekend. Hope everyone else is doing well!
Weight: 144.6 (got to love that quick gain! lol)
goal for 11/11/09: 140 (i'll lose fast next couple of days since I won't be eating cupcakes, candy, and crap like that...)
